Description: Hi folks! Hope you have a fantastic week!!!! Thank you sooooooo much for stopping by! This is another sticker of an original acrylic painting I did about 20 years ago! My father had passed 6 months after i graduated high school and I was drinking a lot...went inpatient because work sent me to get evaluated due to panic attacks keeping me eventually kept me from even being able to walk through the doors let alone a full day. I'll never forget the psychiatrists words at the end. Although I have no recollection of what we talked about...just the end. "You're not fit to live in the outside world..blah blah "inpatient " ... i said, "What??? Can I say no..met with if you don't get your clothes and go right there, then the police will be called and then you will be signed in as involuntaryand a judge will decidewhen you leave.. "... I was terrified. My mom was there and brought me. My brother was there too...ugh. That was the beginning of inpatient and outpatient, which again just happened...I'm in outpatient now after being in 8 days, but the emergency room is first for 1 night and 2 days, and I'm 42. The local police saved my life. They even secured my belongings when they found me by pinging my phone. They arrived within a minute of me losing my life. A minute means more than ever to me. Had seemed so inconsequential before. My mom had it professionally framed and stayed behind glass and was still in perfect condition!!! She passed in 2019, actually from Dementia from age 60, and died at 70. I decided to join Instagram and share my art with the world!!! Im so happy about that! I've kept it locked away long enough to be able to emotionally let go of them! Although I will keep that heavy cherry wood frame! It sold last fall on here (Thank you to them!), but I love it so much because it is so inspirational I had to share it with more people! This is the painting I did 100% sober! So please hanging there. Sounds cliche, but I mean it a second matter! Get through each second by second if you must, and please call for help....911 ! You can also text or call 988 !!!
