Description: Vintage Marc Chagall Evening Enchantment Still Life with Vase Lithograph 1949 An offset lithograph on paper by artist Marc Chagall (Russian/French; 1887 – 1985), titled Evening Enchantment; published in 1949 by Graphic Society Ltd., New York. The work is signed in plate to the lower right; informational label and publishing information are printed to the lower margin (under black matting; not shown). Good vintage condition. Lithograph is board mounted, double (?) matted and was previously framed. Matting is lighter around the edges from the frame and there are indentations on the back from the frame clamps (photos 8, 10). "New York Graphic Society 1949" and other identifying information is under the black matting; not photographed/shown because I did not want to damage the lithograph. Signed in plate (photo 7).
