Description: Original limited edition (176/500) color lithograph on paper by Spanish artist Alvar Sunol. Born in Barcelona, Spain in 1935, Sunol is a Modernist artist and works in several mediums including oil, watercolor, engravings, lithography, ceramics, sculpture, murals, and monuments. His works are on display in museums in Europe, the United States, and in Japan. The lithograph has hand embossing in the upper right white color area of the print. The image depicts a peacful scene of a woman playing the cello while another woman is playing the flute. The partially embossed lithograph is an excellent example of Sunol's work. The lithograph has been matted, is under glass, and has a silver color wood frame. The lithograph is signed by the artist at the bottom right and is numbered 176/500 in the lower left. The image size that is not covered by the matting is approximately 9 inches wide by 12 inches in height. The framed area measures approximately 15.75 inches in width by 18.75 inches in height.
