Description: These are unused Hiawatha and Minnehaha paper headband costumes with original paper feathers. These were given out to members of the studio audience who attended the taping / airing of ‘Hiawatha’ on the Shirley Temple Storybook show on Sunday October 5, 1958. The only damage to these are the rust stains on both sides caused by the staple holding the paper feathers to the headdresses. I’ve included in the pictures a shot of the TV newspaper advertisement for that airing but it is NOT included as part of this listing. It is only for reference.
